Process:
All the pulp is removed and 100% of the mucilage (coffee honey) is preserved, which completely covers the beans, taking on a reddish tone when reaching the optimal level of humidity.
Drying in the sun with a duration of approximately 12 days.

It highlights the sweetness of the coffee in the cup, unique aromas and flavors of ripe fruit and sweet acidity with a medium body.
