3. ☕ 💙 The Wash highlights the acidity, medium body, chocolate flavor, 100% of the mucilage is removed, medium roast.

4. ☕ 💚 The Caracolillo has a strong sensation, stands out bitter, higher level of caffeine, dark roast.
